THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR STRATEGIC PROJECTS HAS NOW CLOSED.
Applicants must demonstrate evidence of the following:
- Company/Organisation status (Local Authorities, Non Governmental Organisations and the Community Sector including Social Economy Enterprises);
- FULL planning permission (and other Statutory Requirements) having already been applied for or already be in place;
- Match Funding (15% - of which a minimum of 5% must be cash);
- Robust project delivery costings;
- A recent (within the last 12 months) independent Economic Appraisal to 'Green Book' standard;
- Consultation with the appropriate Local Council as a key informant.
